Owner or Manager hereby authorize Provider (GDS), or its designee to automatically withdraw the base monthly payment for the services provided and any other amounts, including any and all loss or destruction waivers, taxes, insurance, noncompliance fees or other charges now due or hereafter imposed, by initiating debit entries to any bank or other accounts. The authority is to remain in full force and effect until all obligations of payments have been paid in full to GDS-Global Dynamic Services LLC. Per Additional Services are obligated per it's terms and conditions when services are selected by Owner or Manager. Owner or Manager must send a written notification to Provider to discontinue the services within 30 days before the expiration date, otherwise the services automatically renew for one (1) year. Furthermore, Owner and Manager hereby authorize any bank or financial institution to accept any debit and Credit imposed by Provider (GDS) for any amount.

By signing below, Owner or Manager have read and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement contained herein.
(i) that owner or manager of the business after approval, is responsible for all contents, contents of product's details, images, videos and copyright delivered from the advertising monitor.
(ii) that he/she to be benefited from the package(s) and services including hardware, software, and design provided by GDS directly and remotely from distance.
(iii) that he/she to be benefited from financial accommodations by the services promoting in the business.
(iv) that he/she is fully responsible for contents if contents are modified or removed by Owner or Manager in any way.
(v) that if he/she decided to return the package within 30 days from the first day receiving the hardware, the restock fees apply to be 25% of total sale amount.
(vi) that he/she authorized the Provider (GDS) to utilize the programs/monitors to promote ads and its' LOGO to transact business with third party advertisers.
(vii) that he/she to be benefited 50% of monthly advertising income from third party advertisers thru monitor advertising packages and its services (with a max of 5 advertisers per monitor).
